I have specialized in Information Technology as a profession for over 25 years working with experience working in government, healthcare, and financial sectors. I am an IT expert with deep technical knowledge of various computer technologies. I have a strong background in network engineering, systems administration, and system analysis. I love working with people to create innovative solutions especially in creating systems uniquely tailored to fit the needs of my customers and actively monitor the systems to make sure they are always running smoothly

As a System Analyst and network administrator for over 25 years, I have experience with Windows and Linux systems which both include servers and user devices such as desktops, laptops, and mobile devices. I am knowledgeable in network hardware such as routers, switches, wifi access points, and cabling.

My education includes a college degree in Applied Technologies focusing on Customer Service Support, Network Administration, and Web Design and Support. The classes include training from certifications courses for Cisco Certified Network Associate, CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+, and Microsoft Server System Engineer.
